Counseling
_

Although they try, the counselors who work at your school might not have time to give you the personal attention you need when there's trouble at home or in the classroom. At SAYA!, we employ a professional social worker/counselor who can provide support. To qualify for counseling, let one of us know you're interested. We want to help. Occasionally, students are referred by a faculty member at school, somebody who notices that they could use a boost. Things like self-awareness and self-esteem are important. As a teenager, it's important to develop productive approaches to dealing with daily life, relationship skills and family and culture issues.

We have a counselor at the following high schools:

  • W.C. Bryant High school [Queens]
  • John Adams High School [Queens]

If you would like more information contact our School-based counselor by email at saya@saya.org or call us at (718) 651-3484.
